For decades, Bal Harbour Shops, one of the largest malls in Northern Miami-Dade County, has provided jobs and economic prosperity to the entire Village of Bal Harbour. So it is more than upsetting to see that the Village Council of the municipality has been putting the mall through so many bureaucratic hoops just to let it expand.
And expand nowhere else than on its own private property.
The Libertarian Party of Miami-Dade County has worked with the owners of the mall for months to develop a good strategy and fight for property rights and for the free market in Bal Harbour.
Now, it's your turn,
On April 4th, the Village Council of Bal Harbour will host its Community Workshop to take its first vote on the expansion matter. The anti-expansion side is already organizing itself and dozens of local busybodies are expected to voice their opposition.
That's why we need you to save the date and come with us at the Community Workshop to voice our support. We will be providing all of you with all the great reasons why Bal Harbour Shops deserves its expansion and why the project is a benefit to the community.
Together, we can fillibuster the local government and convince Bal Harbour's elected officials that property rights matter.
The meeting will be held at the SeaView Hotel, 9909 Collins Avenue, Bal Harbour, FL 33154 at 7PM.
We need you to come with us. If you're planning on helping us, just sign-in below and we'll provide you everything you need to know.
